ELSA Law Schools

In order to provide law students and young lawyers with an opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience in various fields of law and to create the platforms for academic and cultural exchange, ELSA groups are organizing numerous law schools all over the Europe.

Our Law Schools are  events lasting for at least a week with a minimum of a 20 hours scientific programme. Scientific programme includes lectures followed by workshops or any other means of more interactive learning methods, which deepen and emphasise different areas of the lecture. Law Schools are organised in close co-operation with an academic or institutional partner.

Furthermore, through a valued partnership with CBL International, ELSA is able to invite her members to the International Law Schools – in China and Dubai.

The maximum participation fees for ELSA Law Schools for ELSA members are regulated by our internal regulations and they are € 29/night for participants from Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Montenegro, Rep. of Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine and € 33/night for participants from Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.

The participation fees shall cover accommodation, meals, academic programme and basic social programme. Other fees are optional and subject of each organizing group.

The list of Summer Law Schools for 2016 will be published on the 15th of March 2016. You can find more information on ELSA Law Schools on the website of ELSA International.
