Regulations ELSA the Netherlands

ELSA the Netherlands is a association with full legal capacity under Dutch law (KvK 40537242) . The association knows three kinds of regulations: Statutes, Standing Orders and the National Council Meeting Decision Book. These regulations are approved by the triannual National Council Meeting of ELSA the Netherlands.

In case of conflict between the Statutes and other regulations, the Statutes prevail. In case of conflict between the Standing Orders and the National Council Meeting Decision Book, the Standing Orders prevail. In case of conflict within the regulation itself, the newest regulation prevails.
